Beginning as Urban Construction in 1996, Quinton focused on community-based projects including urban renovation and residential construction. His first ground-up build in 1998 transformed a $13,500 property into a $139,000 resale, launching his successful construction and real estate career.

Under his leadership, Kanoom Construction has executed diverse projects from adaptive reuse home renovations to complex commercial developments to commercial urban farms. Each reflects his exacting standards and comprehensive approach to construction management.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Quinton established Sage Hands International, a nonprofit providing affordable housing solutions, vocational training, and community repair services throughout Georgia.
